A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your consultation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund of the deposit or the option to transfer the deposit to a future appointment.

Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will forfeit the booking deposit.

This policy helps ensure that appointment times can be offered to other clients if you are unable to attend.

Cancellation policy

Refund policy

Payments made for nutrition consultations and programs are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered.

If you cancel your consultation more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your booking deposit will be refunded in full or can be transferred to a future appointment.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

For programs or packages (such as the Protect Your Edge Program), refunds are not available once the program has commenced. If exceptional circumstances arise, requests for partial or full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If a consultation must be cancelled by Simply Midlife Dietitian, you will be offered either:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to reschedule your appointment.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

By booking a consultation or purchasing services from Simply Midlife Dietitian, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Simply Midlife Dietitian provides evidence-based nutrition consultations and coaching services designed to support midlife women’s health, nutrition, and wellbeing.

All recommendations are tailored to the information provided by the client and are intended to support general health and lifestyle outcomes.

2. Not to Replace Medical Advice

Nutrition consultations provide evidence-based dietetic guidance to support health and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical care provided by your GP or specialist.

Clients should continue to consult with their GP or relevant healthcare providers regarding diagnosis, medical treatment, medications, or hormone therapy.

If you have a medical condition, you may be advised to seek medical clearance before implementing nutrition or lifestyle changes.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health, medications, and medical history.

Nutrition outcomes depend on many factors including lifestyle, health status, and individual variation. As such, specific health outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

4. Appointments

Consultations are conducted online or as specified at the time of booking.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

5. Payments

Payments for consultations and programs are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment platforms.

Full payment may be required before or at the time of the consultation depending on the service booked.

7. The Midlife Systems Audit

The Midlife Systems Audit is an educational assessment designed to identify areas that may support health and nutrition strategy. It is not a diagnostic medical tool.

8. Changes to Services or Policies

Simply Midlife Dietitian reserves the right to update services, pricing, and policies from time to time. The most current versions will be available on the website.

Terms and Conditions

Location considerations

Services provided by Simply Midlife Dietitian are delivered from Australia and by an Australian Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). Consultations provide personalised nutrition education, strategy and behavioural guidance and are not intended to replace medical care through your general practitioner or specialist medical team.

Simply Midlife Dietitian is able to provide services to people from across the globe with the exception of the United States and Canada. Clients accessing services from outside Australia acknowledge that services are provided under Australian professional standards and regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that receiving nutrition advice from an Australian practitioner complies with the laws and regulations in their country of residence.

By booking a consultation, clients agree that any disputes or claims will be governed by the laws of Australia.
